What are the benefits of juicing? Let’s face it everyone wants to be healthy, but unfortunately, not everyone wants to do it the right way.   Don’t expect to find the fountain of youth in a bottle, because if you are waiting for that, you’ll be waiting a mighty long time.  So! Now that we have gotten that out of the way let’s get down to the nitty-gritty.  There is a multitude of reasons as to why we should juice, but I will keep it real simple and name the top 3.
